SHARM - Product Tour
SHARM, Self-Hypnosis And Relaxation Machine, is the software tool that enables both professional therapists and advanced users to quickly and easily create their own customized sessions. SHARM includes 100 built-in, ready-to-use sessions for different applications, such as Creativity, Motivation, Relaxation and more.
Soundtracks
SHARM uses different sound technologies that are arranged in separate soundtracks, such as Nature, Music and other background sounds.
Segments
Each soundtrack contains sound segments that are arranged over time.
Sound properties
Each segment has its own settings. For example, you can start your session with the sound of a high waterfall, followed by the sound of a quiet slow stream.
Timeline
The timeline helps to precisely set the start and end time of each segment.
Stages
A session is divided into several stages. You can use stages to easily create more complex sessions.
Graphs
You can control many segment properties with the graph editor.
For example, you can change the volume of a segment over time by drawing a graph.
Brainwave Entrainment
Brainwave Entrainment helps the listener to achieve quicker and deeper relaxation. Brainwave Entrainment effects can be applied to any soundtrack, including Nature and Music. SHARM supports the three standard types of Brainwave Entrainment: Binaural, Monaural and Isochronic Beats.
Bilateral Sound
Bilateral literally means affecting the right and left sides of the body. You can define any soundtrack as a bilateral sound to implement EMDR hypnotherapy sessions.
Script Recorder
SHARM Professional Edition includes the Script Recorder, which enables professional therapists to record complex sessions.
You can use the Script Recorder while working with your client. Play the SHARM background music and record your script. Your client can take the audio session home and use it to practice.
