Sound Tracks
Select background sound such as pure noise, water and ambient sounds.
Use brainwave entrainment sound to entrance your brain
and test the musical bells.
Use the pre-recorded suggestions. Mix your session with recorded suggestions
or a recorded script. Add external sound files to enhance
the experience for unlimited possibilities.

Create and Play the Session
Generate a sound file to be used either by a standard Windows media player or burn the session sound file
to an audio CD that can be used without your computer.
Therapists can handle customized sessions for their clients.

Session Stages
Divide the session into separate stages, like:
Relaxation, Stabilization, Light Hypnosis, Deepening, Deep Hypnosis, Anchor and Exit.
Add more stages to your session to reflect your design and preferences.
Define the length of each stage as a guiding tool for building the session.

Session Design
Select a pre-defined session or start a new session.
Create a sound segment with a simple click and drag of your mouse.
You can also adjust the segment dimensions and set the different properties of the sound.
The Timeline
Adjust the length of the session, and SHARM
will automatically adjust all the segments.
Listen to a session for 30 minutes or play it for 10 minutes.
It's up to you.
Testing Tracks
Use the test buttons to listen to a single sound track
or mix it with other sound tracks.
Adjust the volume of each segment while SHARM plays the tracks,
to find the right balance between the sound tracks.

Learning to use SHARM is a snap.
Just click and drag the mouse to define a segment
in the proper track line and time dimension.
Set the properties of the sound for
the new segment. You'll create your own complex sessions within minutes.
