All minor upgrades are free for users who purchased the current major release.
For example, SHARM 3.0 and 3.1 are free for all SHARM 3.x customers.
Upgrades to major releases
Major upgrades are offered at a reduced price to existing customers.
If you are a registered customer, send us an email. Please follow the simple instructions below.
Complementary upgrades
Complementary upgrades are given to all customers who purchased our products within three months of a major release.
Getting an update for minor releases
Send us a simple email from the original email address that you entered when you ordered the product.
If you don't have access to the original email address, send us a copy of your order confirmation.
